The manager in the deli Evelyn is very nice and professional she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied
The deli staff are horrible. Multiple times I scheduled an order via their website to pick up cold cuts, only to arrive way after my scheduled pick up time for nothing to be ready. What’s the point in offering an online ordering system when your staff obviously doesn’t fulfill the orders? Some of the cashiers are friendly, however some a rude and proceed to have other conversations with other cashiers while checking you out.
10/30/17 at 130p. The deli is the reason why they get a 1 star in my opinion. Management and staff have 0 sense of urgency. Been waiting on a line of 3 people for the last half hour. Definitely get yah sandwiches somewhere else before you turn old and grey.
Chet assisted me with my seafood purchases. Smiling & helpful. Other Publix team members greeted, smiled & spoke to me as I shopped. I found everything I needed quickly. Great BOGO's. Very clean & tidy store despite the Thanksgiving rush. The cashier, Hemraj was efficient & smiling as was Grayson, the young man who bagged my groceries. I enjoyed my pre-Thanksgiving shopping experience at Publix in The Promenade.
Whoever they have in the deli they need to fired because no one can ever seem to pick up the bloody phone. The older Spanish lady that was working the hot foods obviously doesn't understand English because when I told her I didn't care what kind of chicken wings they were I just wanted 2 20 piece boxes.she told me they only had one box of chicken wings that were non breaded and spicy, when right behind her were a bunch of breaded chicken wings.
