The manager Dwight was a gentleman and a true professional. He was very knowledgeable, and really helped me choose the right size for my needs. I love instant gratification! Kristian called me moments after I reserved my unit online. He answered all my questions, offered me a convenient location on the first floor and followed up just prior to our move-in day. We were graciously greeted by Dwight on move-in day and even though we were late, he stayed and made sure we were all set. This man is an asset to ESS. A real A+ professional. We ended up needing a second unit about three weeks later and Dwight gave us a unit close to our other one, making it super convenient. First month was free, the units are brand new clean, courteous staff, conveniently located, and auto billing made this easy. Totally impressed. My family has been in the storage business in rural New England for 30+ years. It's nice to know great customer service is still available and both Kristian & Dwight seem to pride themselves in it.
